Implementation

Our implementation process starts the first moment a Green Total Compensation employee meets with a member of your organization. From sales to development, we take the utmost pride in delivering a value-added solution to the unique needs of each of our clients. Our method of implementation, called User-Driven Solution Development (UDSD), uses a phased approach to system implementation, and incorporates frequent client feedback throughout the process. The six phases of our well-managed process are outlined below.

Planning Phase
The planning phase activities consist of the formation of the Green Total Compensation initiative and development of the overall strategy for deployment.

Analysis Phase
During the analysis and design phases, Green Total Compensation implementation specialists will work directly with your team to gather requirements, review data, and research and recommend solutions.

Design Phase
The design phase focuses on the distillation of requirements and converting them into specifications and design phases, Green Total Compensation implementation specialists will work directly with your team to gather requirements, review data, and research and recommend solutions.

Staging Phase
The result of the staging phase is a fully configured and functioning Green installation in a test environment, gather requirements, review data, and research and recommend solutions.

Implementation Phase
The Implementation phase verifies that, prior to rollout, all system functions are behaving as expected. Select end-users (Pilot) have begun use of the system to provide feedback to the project team on any items that need fine-tuning, research and recommend solutions.

Rollout Phase
The purpose of the rollout phase is to train all users on new or revised business processes and Green Total Compensation functions and then go live.
